Once called MAEME
A house with a story
This little house carries a piece of family history. Each letter of its name represents the initial of a first name from the family who lived here in the 1970s. We chose to keep the name on the façade, a small reminder of the lives and memories that came before us.
Today, the house has a new story to tell. This traditional fisherman's cottage has been completely renovated, while keeping the character that makes it so special: its thick walls, its coastal charm and its connection to the village around it.
We redesigned the spaces to make the house brighter, more functional and more comfortable. We also carried out part of the renovation work ourselves, putting a lot of time and heart into the project.
The result is a place that is small but perfectly comfortable, cosy without feeling cramped, and full of character without compromising on modern comforts.
A place to put down your bags, slow down and simply enjoy being by the sea.
Inside the house
The living space & kitchen

Quiet and bright, this cosy bedroom features a 140 × 190 cm double bed and a window overlooking the little street that leads down to the beach.
Wooden shutters and a wardrobe with hanging space complete the room.
The living room, dining area and kitchen come together in one bright, welcoming space.
Settle into the sofa, armchair or pouf and relax in front of the smart TV, or gather around the dining table, which seats up to five people.
The atmosphere is soft and warm, with natural wood, light grey tones and colourful touches inspired by the seaside.
The kitchen
A modern, fully equipped kitchen designed for real cooking — whether you're preparing a quick breakfast before heading to the beach or sitting down for a long dinner together.
You'll find a three-ring induction hob, fan oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, Senseo coffee machine, toaster and extractor fan, as well as everything you need for everyday cooking.
We also provide basic essentials such as salt, pepper, oil and vinegar, so you can settle in without having to buy everything from scratch.

This flexible bedroom is perfect for children, friends or a small family. It features a bunk bed with a 120 × 190 cm lower bed for two people and a 90 × 190 cm upper bed for one.
A glass door with electric roller shutters opens directly onto the terrace, bringing plenty of light into the room.
There is also a wardrobe with hanging space.
A brand-new, bright and practical shower room with a walk-in shower, washbasin, full-length mirror and small window.
The toilet is separate.
A washing machine and tumble dryer are available during your stay, along with a drying rack and clothes pegs.

Your private outdoor space
The house has a fully enclosed outdoor area, surrounded by walls and low stone walls, ideal for relaxing outside and particularly convenient for families with children.
The outdoor space can be accessed directly from the second bedroom and from the kitchen through the large sliding glass doors.
Enjoy the terrace from around 10 am to 6 pm.
A table and five chairs for sunny lunches and relaxed dinners outside.
A gravelled area with a barbecue, cooking tools and an outdoor tap.
A soft, thick artificial lawn : perfect for stretching out with a book or enjoying a quiet afternoon.
A parasol is available in the garden shed.
