We grew up in Loire-Atlantique, with the ocean never far away, and have loved the sea and the Pays de Retz for as long as we can remember. La Bernerie-en-Retz is our favourite village — a place that has been part of our story for many years.

When we created Le Chant des Embruns, we wanted to share this little corner of the coast with travellers who, like us, are looking for authenticity, peace and the simple pleasure of being close to the sea.

We'll be there to welcome you in person, hand you the keys and share some of our favourite places and local tips — from the best beaches and walks to the restaurants and little spots we love.
